How soon do we see something working?
Within six to eight weeks there is usable software in production or in a test environment with real users. Before that there is design and decisions, not empty screens.
Can you work with our design or product team?
Yes, and it is the most common setup. We join your ceremonies and your backlog, or we bring ours if you prefer us to set the pace.
Who owns the code?
Yours, from the first commit. We work in your repositories when they exist, and we hand everything over documented so another team can continue without us.
