Delivery Assurance

Make sure what matters goes first, and know the real state of your project.

The challenge

Your vendor is working, but you don't always know the plan, what comes first, or the project's real state.

How we do it

We review the work plan, order the priorities and verify every delivery, so you get real visibility and control.

What we deliver
  • A reviewed, prioritized work plan
  • A support flow with clear priorities
  • Go-live conditions for every delivery
  • Reports and indicators the business can understand

How we work.

The sequence is always the same; scope and dedication we define together in the first conversation.

01

Mandate and access

We agree with your vendor on how we'll work and get access to the boards, the case history and the deliveries.

02

Baseline

We measure how work happens today: the current plan, case handling and delivery quality. Without that reference, any target is a guess.

03

Ground rules

We define what counts as a blocking case, who decides what, and when a delivery is considered done.

04

Tracking and reporting

Weekly committee, monthly report, and immediate notice whenever something blocks the business.

What we do
  • + Review and prioritization of the work plan
  • + Organizing the support flow and prioritizing blocking cases
  • + Defining acceptance and go-live criteria
  • + Verification of deliveries and testing
  • + Progress, case-handling and quality indicators, measured against a baseline

Frequently asked questions.

What does "assurance" mean here?

We secure order, control and visibility over delivery. We don't replace who builds, nor promise results that someone else executes; we are accountable for measuring well, reporting clearly and acting on what we find.

What indicators do you use?

Time to handle blocking cases, deliveries accepted on the first try, real progress against plan, defects reaching production, and resolved risks. They're measured against the first month's baseline, with targets agreed with you.

How is it contracted?

As a monthly service with a defined scope, not by the hour. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately, with your prior approval.
